The length of the delivery time depends on the number of orders and, above all, on the method of payment. In the case of payment directly on the website or by cash on delivery, the goods are usually delivered on the second to third day. In the case of a bank transfer, the delivery of the goods may take a little longer.
When making a complaint, it is necessary to send us an email with the reason for the complaint and a photo of the damaged goods.

Each loyalty product has a specified number of points. In the loyalty card, erase this number of points and add the date of the day next to it. We recommend that you redeem the points when ordering so that you do not have to pay extra shipping. In the note when ordering, it is enough to state which goods you choose for the points and send a photo of the erased points to our email.
Our company in Žilina operates as a dispensary, but after a telephone agreement it is possible to come and see a few products.
